Privacy Policy

Digi Ruck is an independent nonprofit initiative in development. Digi Ruck has not yet received federal 501(c)(3) recognition. Contributions are not currently represented as tax-deductible. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Digi Ruck website or mobile app.
Information we collect
Digi Ruck does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, address, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier through the app. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Downloads and third-party services
Resource pages may link to Payhip for free digital delivery. Payhip processes the information needed to provide those downloads under its own privacy policy. Digi Ruck does not receive or store payment-card numbers. Leaving the app for a third-party service is optional.
How information is used
Information you send to us is used to answer questions, provide support, resolve download issues, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
Support messages and business records are retained only as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Digi Ruck app and resource library are directed to adults. Some resources are designed for parents, guardians, or educators to download for children, but children should not submit personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Your choices
You may use the informational parts of Digi Ruck without creating an account. You may request access to or deletion of information you previously sent directly to us, subject to records we must keep by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Digi Ruck changes. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
